This is hands down the best Chicken Parmesan recipe I've ever tasted. It is adapted from this one by Tyler Florence, with only a few minor changes to make things a bit more "user friendly".
I use my own homemade sauce (recipe link below), use a jar of your favorite sauce to make this quick and easy,...you will be in Chicky Parm heaven. :)
In a nutshell, here is what you'll need to have:
skinless boneless chicken breasts
Flour
salt and pepper
Eggs
dried bread crumbs
mozzerella, shredded
fresh parmesan
spagetti style pasta
Sauce

NOTE: Also good to know, I sliced up some of this leftover chicken and put it on a salad (cold) for hubby's lunch with a few sliced red bell peppers, some red onion and shredded parmesan. Served with a Balsamic Vinagrette - he called to tell me it was the best salad he had ever had - so it must have been good. :)
