Today is Appetizer Day...
It’s been a tradition for the past few years to bring this to Thanksgiving dinner at Kim’s house. It’s always a hit and goes pretty quickly!
Check your pantry to see if you have the following:
2boxes Cream Cheese
cheddar cheese
pimento
bell pepper, any color
sweet yellow onion
lemon juice
Cayenne Pepper
(OPTIONAL) - Chopped pecans or walnuts, parsley (or other mixed herbs)
