Quick Breakfast Pastries

These little beauties are dairy free and made with non-refined sugars.  You can, of course, use dairy products in replacement and use regular sugar if you wish.

They are really delicious, easy as pie (or really they are easy as biscuits) to throw together.  Sweet enough to satisfy that tooth, but not so sweet that you feel guilty for indulging!
