This is a super quick and easy dish that I came up with while staring at some chicken, trying to figure out what I wanted for dinner.
Added bonus: It's NOT greasy! It's NOT deep fried! It has NO gluten! It has NO dairy! So, it pretty much works for all diets. :)
It's easy, and incredibly tasty! So tasty I really wanted to eat a lot more than I should!
