Salsa for South American Tacos

This Salsa is served on top of South-American-Taco-Meat, along with homemade tortillas and fresh limes.

1 Medium Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
1 Medium Sweet Onion finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato Chopped
1 large handful of chopped fresh Cilantro

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve over "Shaw" meat on homemade Maseca-Tortillas with fresh squeezed lime juice!

Serve it up with a Wooden Spoon!!!
