All-purpose Meatballs

These are a delicious, lighter meatball and are packed with so much flavor you won't ever want to eat a fatty frozen bagged meatball again (just look at the ingredients on the bag!!!).
They are baked so you can cook them all at the same time and don't require using so much oil.

These meatballs are so yummy that you can eat them plain, right off the baking sheet! But if you actually wanted to make a meal, (instead of pigging out on them in standing over your stove), they are great in: spaghetti, stroganoff, over brown rice with sauteed peppers and onions (a personal favorite), an afterschool snack, in Italian Meatball soup, or for a party with sweet n' spicy sauce.

In a nutshell, here's what you'll need:

seasonsed breadcrumbs
Fresh Parmesan
dried parsley & basil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
black pepper
ground beef and/or ground turkey
egg
