Blueberry Muffins with Lemon Cream-Cheese and Crumble Tops

Since I only “tweaked” this recipe a wee bit, I don’t feel it is truly “mine”.  So I would like to give credit where credit is due… Smile
The original recipe is titled “Blueberry Cream-cheese Muffins with Streusel Topping” and was published in the May/June 2012 issue of Hobby Farm Home Magazine.
While I kept the proportions pretty much the same, I changed some ingredients to reflect my lifestyle more closely. 
In addition, they are Gluten Free, a bonus if you are needing to follow that way of eating.  You can easily make them with regular flour if you want to.
