I’m back to my “Quinoa” experimentation. I have really begun to like this little seed (yes, it’s actually a seed, not a grain)…it’s so versatile and easily adaptable to many recipes.
Don’t forget, it’s a complete protein, so using it to replace a meat is an excellent idea!
Last night I decided to make Sloppy Joe’s – Quinoa Style. I pretty much followed my usual Sloppy Joe recipe, just tossing in the hot cooked Quinoa after I sautéed the veggies.
